the displacement of the engine was 1968 cc. an okrasa cranks in 74mm and an brc pistons kit in 92mm. the heads was made by roger himself , he own is personnal heads shop :  HEADS UP PERFORMANCE  he has 3 kind of heads on bad company : 40 x37.5  , 42 x 36 , 44 x 35.5 the different valve sizes are used in conjuction with the different cams & strokes

this's  roger crawford drag car : BAD COMPANY   this car was built in the middle of the 70's on a 67  beetle . roger crawford was a member of the DRF(der rennwagen fuhrer )Quite as dave rhoads. the best time of the bad company was 12.34/110mph  no so bad for a streetable car

 today i receive a present from my norvegian friend MAGNE this is a stickers from the GARDENMOEN RACEWAY. the first time i saw this sticker on the maroon baboon i said waouuwwwww  never seen this one before and i ask me: where is that dragstrip ??? now i know it's in NORWAY . aujourd hui j ai recu un petit cadeau de la aprt de mon ami norvegien MAGNE , c est un sticker de GARDENMOEN RACEWAY . la premier fois que j ai vu ce sticker c etaitsur la maroon baboon , et j ai dit waouwwwwww jamais vu celui la et je me suis poser la question : mais ou est ce dragstrip??? maintenant je le sais  il est en NORVEGE . les norvegiens sont vraiment des gens chaleureux et sympathiques big up pour tous les gens de la vw en norvege n oubliez pas d aller visitez leur sites

the PEPCO supercharger was another solution to have some more horse power this kit was created by Progressive Engine Products Company, Inc  . 
old drag car was equiped with that kind of superchager on the picture it was the engine of the REVMASTER drag THE SCORPION  the 2 carbs are  stromberg 48

voici le dernier stage de la ip1 avec tout les elements de carroserrie en polyester( les ailes , le capot av & ar , les portes , les scoop d air) , le toit a recu aussi un vinyle a fleur , et regardez bien le support de feux il n y  pas de feu sur ceux ci.
