this 2 picts showing the inside of the lightning bug : the first was taken with MARK SCHLEY behind the wheels, look there's  no dashboard just only a tach with 2 extra gauges with a steering wheels who was similar to an empi FORMULA . the second pict show  all the interior has been stripped out and most for the floor pan steel has been replaced with aluminium

voici 2 photos montrant l interieur de l habitacle de la lightning bug : la premiere fut prise avec MARK SCHLEY derrier le volant , regardez il n y aplus de tableau de bord juste un compte tour et 2 jauges avec un volant qui ressemble fort a un empi FORMULA. la seconde montre que tout l interieur a ete depouille et la plupart du plancher en acier a ete remplace par de l aluminium
